How secure is the NearPay Wallet?

The NearPay Wallet account is protected by a username and password, so ensure these are sufficiently secure. The Wallet is also protected with two-factor authentication plus your device’s own security parameters, as set by you. Online purchases are protected through the ‘Verified by Visa’ feature.

How long will my bank withdrawal take?

SEPA transfers (in Euro) will take up to 2 business days to reach your bank. UK withdrawals in GBP can be in your bank account within hours.

Is there a fee for swapping/buying cryptocurrencies inside the NearPay Wallet?

NearPay charges a 1% commission when you swap cryptocurrencies with the NearPay Wallet.
